What you'll be doing
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the kitchen:

Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations
Run sections and maintain high standards during service
Assist with menu development and daily specials
Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes
Support stock control, ordering, and GP awareness
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef in a quality kitchen environment
Strong background working with fresh, seasonal produce
Passion for food and creative flair
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Own transport required
