We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef for this independent venue which has a lot of focus on farm to fork, field to table style cookery. As Junior Sous Chef, you will be familiar with and have worked in restaurants with up to 2 AA Rosettes.
You will be someone who has a passion for cooking and who has a good understanding and respect for where our food comes from. You will be keen on training and developing to get to that next stage in your career. You will be a Junior Sous Chef who is clean and tidy and enjoys working as part of a team. You will support the Head Chef in ensuring all due diligence recording is kept up-to-date and accurate.
