Chef
role Support the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional food quality. Supervise and guide junior team members, leading by example tomaintainhigh culinary and service standards. Assistin menu development, recipe creation, and the consistent execution of dishes in line with brand standards. Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring accuracy in portioning, quality, and plating. Monitor stock levels, support ordering processes, and help minimise waste through effective kitchen management. Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations,maintaininga clean and organised kitchen environment. Step in to lead kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs whenrequired. Work collaboratively with front-of-house and other departments to deliver a seamless and high-quality guest experience. About You You will have proven experience as a
Junior Sous or Senior CDP
in a hotel or high-volume kitchen. A skilled culinary professional, you bring strong leadership and
organisational
