Berkeley Scott have partnered with an Independant restaurant based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, searching for a Junior Sous Chef. The restaurant prides itself on seasonal menus and fresh food, and is currently looking to push their food to the next level. The role would include progression to a Sous role with eventual growth.

What we're looking for in the perfect Junior Sous Chef
Have experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong CDP ready for the next step.
Have passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative menu development.
Have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Have excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
Be proactive, positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
Have a solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
