Tom Cenci, as Executive chef, delivers a fresh Italian-inspired concept and is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our talented team at Mortimer House Kitchen. The menu brings to life fond memories of family summers spent in Orta San Giulio and the Amalfi coast.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food.
Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others.
