Junior sous chef (£38-40k) required for a fresh food Gastro pub in the Windsor area (it is between Windsor and Maidenhead), They have some amazing fish and meats that arrive every week and you and the other chefs will create the weekend specials with the fish or meat that is in season that week. Junior Sous chef , £40k, parking on site. This role is for foodie chefs , you must enjoy fresh food and creating specials. The kitchen has a a team of 7 chefs

The role
As a junior sous chef you will work under the head chef to run the kitchen. You will help to create the weekend specials every week with the meat or fish that is in season. They will source a fish or a meat and you will develop a special based on this. You will ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly, you will also run a section. This role will include all the normal junior sous chef duties.

Experience
we are looking for a junior sous chef from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills, able to deal with different types of fish and meats, you must be able to fillet / butcher on site. You will be junior sous chef with good fresh food skills.
