local, seasonal, and inspired . Ingredients are sourced within a 25-mile radius wherever possible, complemented by produce grown in the property's own kitchen garden. Menus change constantly, driven by what's fresh, available, and exciting — meaning no two days are ever the same. As Junior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll take ownership of one of four sections, contribute to menu development, and support with ordering, rotas, and maintaining high health & safety standards. This is a fast-paced, energetic kitchen where collaboration is everything.
