My client is now looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef or a strong CDP ready to step up and join our ambitious kitchen brigade. This is your chance to grow in a serious culinary environment, develop your creativity, and work alongside a team dedicated to pushing boundaries while staying true to flavour, seasonality, and craft. As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the kitchen’s day-to-day running while continuing to refine your skills. You’ll be exposed to every section of the kitchen and be actively involved in delivering dishes that reflect their commitment to seasonality, local ingredients, and honest flavour.
