The role We are looking for a junior sushi chef who will work under the head sushi chef. you will prep the sushi section, you will ensure the rice, the wraps, the prep is all done ready for service and then roll the sushi to order, prep amazing fresh fish and other items for the sushi items on order. This junior sushi chef role includes all the standard duties of a junior sushi chef.

Experience we are looking for a junior sushi chef with about 1 year within sushi, you will have a knowledge of fish and good knife skills. You will also be passionate about learning more sushi.
