Junior Video Editor role combines creative editing with platform management. You will be turning our longer-form content into highly engaging pieces for different platforms and taking ownership of how and where that content lives. You will be expected to stay ahead of digital trends, adapt strategies quickly, and focus on growing our audience through smart, data-led decision. Key responsibilities: Edit and adapt existing content for multiple digital platforms. Manage and grow our presence on selected platforms. Keep up to date with social media trends and emerging opportunities. Use performance insights to guide and refine content strategies. Maintain a consistent style and tone across all content. About You: Confident video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) and an eye for what works online. Experience managing and growing content on social media platforms.
