We are currently recruiting for an full time Junior Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Michelin* HIDE.
HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight.
Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park

Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu
showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network
of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams,
juices and pickles.
As Junior Waiter your duties will include:
Working closely with Chef de rang and Head waiter.
Be fully aware of the different types of plates and cutlery and their uses.
Building a rapport with regular guests
To maintain good communication between the station and the kitchen.
To be respectful and respond positively to demands from the Chef de Rang and the Management team.
