Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Kafka Architect to lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apache Kafka , Spring Cloud , Spring Boot , Spring Integration , Java , Spring MVC , Spring Core , and the Spring Framework . This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive business success and deliver meaningful impact across Telecom, Billing, and Revenue Management domains.
London hybrid-based role with 2/3 times per week at the office. Responsibilities Architecture & Design: · Define and implement robust, scalable architecture using Kafka , Spring Cloud , and Spring Boot . · Ensure seamless integration of systems leveraging Spring Integration and Java technologies.
Development & Quality: · Develop and maintain high-quality code using Spring MVC and Spring Core to optimize application performance. · Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards. Leadership & Collaboration: · Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Performance & Compliance: · Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability. · Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in Telecom and Billing domains.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: · Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools to enhance architecture and processes. · Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve technical capabilities. Documentation & Support: · Document architecture, design decisions, and implementation details for knowledge sharing.
