DCS Group is a leading UK distributor and manufacturer of branded FMCG products, working with some of the UK’s most recognised retailers and suppliers. We are a fast‑growing, values‑led business that combines commercial ambition with a supportive, people‑focused culture.

We’re now looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Sales team, based at our Banbury site.


As a Key Account Executive, you will take ownership of key customer relationships, supporting the delivery of commercial growth across volume and margin. You’ll play a key role in developing customer strategies, executing joint business plans, and providing insight‑led recommendations that support both customer and supplier objectives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute customer strategies, taking ownership of day‑to‑day customer relationships and supporting revenue growth
  • Deliver supplier objectives and contribute to the negotiation and execution of effective Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Build and maintain comprehensive account models with a long‑term strategic focus, including tracking ROI on customer and supplier investment
  • Provide clear commercial insight through EPOS data analysis, competitor tracking and a strong understanding of customer and shopper dynamics
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Category, Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of account plans and category growth initiatives


You’ll be commercially minded, analytically strong, and confident building relationships both internally and externally. You’re comfortable working with data, enjoy turning insight into action, and thrive in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.


We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within FMCG or a commercial environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
  • A proactive, results‑driven mindset with a desire to learn and develop
