Our tools are instinctively recognised as Tough, Dynamic, Different and so are our people.The Role:We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Key Account Executive to join OX Tools EUK and support our growing retail and national account business.This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build a long term future within a fast paced, high performance organisation. Working closely with our National Account Directors, you’ll play a hands on role in managing major UK retail customers, ensuring best in class service, strong execution and seamless day to day account support.You’ll gain exposure to high level commercial sales activity, contribute to strategic customer relationships and develop the skills needed to progress into National Account Management and wider commercial leadership roles. As the role evolves, there is also potential for international exposure and travel across Europe.Key Responsibilities:What you’ll do:National Account SupportProvide daily support to National Account Directors across key UK retail partnersAssist with account reviews, customer presentations, proposals and performance reportingSupport the coordination of promotions, product launches and seasonal activityAccount Management & AdministrationManage customer queries efficiently, delivering a consistently high service standardMaintain accurate account records, pricing structures and customer dataSupport order processing, stock availability checks and issue resolutionInternal CoordinationAct as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Supply Chain teamsSupport forecasting, product updates and contingency planningEnsure clear and effective communication between OX Tools EUK and retail partnersIdentify growth opportunities within existing accountsSupport initiatives to increase distribution, visibility and revenueGain hands on experience in national retail strategy and executionWhat we’re looking for:Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a genuine appetite to learnOrganised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident working with major customers and internal stakeholdersCommercially aware and keen to build a long term career in salesPrevious experience in Sales, Account Support, Retail or FMCG environmentsExposure to national retailers or trade/distribution channelsStrong IT skills, including Excel, CRM systems and reporting toolsWhy Join OX Tools EUK?This role is designed as a genuine stepping stone into National Account Management and Senior Commercial Leadership.
