Key Account Manager – (Biologics)


Are you an experienced Key Account Manager or Market Access professional looking to step into a high-impact biologics role in dermatology / rheumatology / inflammation / immunology?


I’m working with a growing specialty pharmaceutical company that is expanding its presence in immuno-dermatology, with a strong pipeline and significant investment behind its UK business.

This is not a traditional sales role. It’s a strategic, account-led position where you will play a key role in shaping how innovative therapies are adopted across the NHS.


The Opportunity:


You’ll take ownership of a defined territory, working at ICS and account level to:


  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Secure and optimise formulary positioning and access
  • Engage with dermatology MDTs, payers, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and overcome pathway and funding barriers
  • Drive uptake of a high-value biologic therapy


This role offers a high level of autonomy, with strong cross-functional support across medical, marketing, and access teams.

What They’re Looking For:


  • Proven experience in a pharma or healthcare-facing role
  • Strong background in key account management and/or market access
  • Experience working with secondary care and NHS stakeholders
  • Understanding of local health economies, formularies, and pathways
  • Ideally exposure to specialty care, biologics, or high-cost medicines


Experience within dermatology / rheumatology / inflammation / immunology is beneficial but not essential - strong Biologics experience is a must.
