Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the commercial strategy for the UK market, aligned with SCATI’s global growth plan.
  • Identify, recruit, and develop new partners (system integrators, distributors, and technology partners).
  • Drive new business opportunities across multiple verticals (Banking, Retail, Logistics, Critical Infrastructure, etc.).
  • Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and business growth.
  • Lead business development activities, including market analysis, prospecting, and client engagement.
  • Deliver consultative sales by understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Promote SCATI solutions through technical and commercial presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, marketing) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Represent SCATI at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings across the UK.
  • Report activity, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce.


Profile Requirements


Experience

  • Proven experience in the security industry or related technology sectors.
  • Strong background in business development and partner/channel management.
  • Experience selling solutions such as:
  • CCTV / IP Video
  • Access Control
  • Electronic security systems
  • Experience managing key accounts in sectors such as Banking, Utilities, Logistics, Transport, or Critical Infrastructure.
  • Previous experience working with system integrators or installers is highly valued.
  • Professional use of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Availability to travel across the UK.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, IT or similar) is a plus.


Reporting Line

  • The role will report directly to the Sales Director EMEA & APAC, being part of the regional commercial team.
