Key Account Manager x4 Around the Uk North east-yorkshire, Midlands or Northwest - Power Networks (Projects & Maintenance)
Role Purpose
To manage and grow key customer accounts across the power-networks maintenance and project-delivery portfolio. The role focuses on: 1️Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing maintenance clients, ensuring high performance and repeat work; and 2️Developing new project opportunities, turning long-term account relationships into sustainable pipelines of LV/HV/EHV project work.
This position ensures excellent client service, commercial performance, and seamless coordination between operations, delivery, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Customer Relationships
Act as primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of maintenance and power-network clients. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with asset owners, facility managers, developers, and operational stakeholders. Conduct regular account reviews, performance meetings, and service improvement discussions. Capture customer needs, future plans, and investment programmes to identify new project opportunities.Operational & Project Delivery Support
