Job Description
Key Account Manager – Premium Hospitality & Fine Dining
London (Hybrid) | £50k base OTE £70k
This is one of those roles that doesn’t come up often.
I’m hiring a Key Account Manager to work with some of the most exciting, respected and sought-after restaurant brands in the UK. Think Michelin Guide venues, AA Rosettes, chef-led concepts and destination dining spots. If you love the world of high-end dining and feel at home sitting across the table from top chefs and operators, this one’s for you.
You won’t be managing “accounts” in the traditional sense. You’ll be building real partnerships with some of the best in the industry, advising them on growth, visibility and performance, and representing a platform that genuinely sits at the heart of modern dining culture.
This role needs someone confident being in the room. Comfortable negotiating and consulting face to face with some of the top chefs in the UK. Happy showing up to tastings, industry events and networking evenings. Networking events are a must, and a flavour for the world of high-end dining is essential.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of a premium portfolio and play a key role in shaping long-term partnerships:
- Managing relationships with Michelin Guide, fine dining and premium hospitality groups
- Meeting chefs, founders and senior operators in person and virtually
- Acting as a trusted, consultative partner (not just a sales contact)
- Ensuring partners see genuine, tangible value from the platform
- Driving retention and long-term account growth
- Growing revenue through smart, considered upsell that protects premium brand positioning
- Confidently pitching the platform’s mission and long-term value
- Representing the brand at tastings, events and high-profile hospitality gatherings
- Owning your pipeline, accounts and performance against clear KPIs
Who this will suit
This role is made for someone who already has credibility in premium hospitality. You might have sold into fine dining, Michelin Guide or high-end restaurant groups. Or you might have operated in that world and moved into a commercial role. Either way, you understand the nuance of premium hospitality and know how to position value without it feeling transactional.
You’re polished, confident in person, commercially sharp and genuinely excited by the hospitality world.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years in sales or account management (hospitality-tech, SaaS, marketplaces or digital ideal)
- Experience managing high-value, senior-level relationships
- Confidence negotiating in person with owners, chefs and leadership teams
- Strong commercial instincts around retention and account growth
- Comfortable owning targets, KPIs and using CRM tools
- A genuine interest in food, dining culture and premium hospitality
- London-based with flexibility to travel to partner sites and events
Why this one’s exciting
- You’ll work with some of the best restaurants in the UK
- You’ll be at the centre of the hospitality scene, not behind a screen
- You’ll have real autonomy and ownership over high-profile accounts
- You’ll represent a brand that actually matters to restaurants
- You’ll build relationships people in hospitality care about
If you’re someone who thrives in premium hospitality environments and loves being in the room where the real conversations happen, this is a standout opportunity.
