About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you’ll lead a customer facing operation that combines team leadership, key account management, commercial oversight, and operational analysis. You will work closely with internal teams and strategic stakeholders to deliver a high quality service, meet SLAs, and strengthen customer relationships.

You will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team across customer service, warehouse, and operational functions

Managing key accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring SLA performance

Building, analysing, and reporting on operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Supporting warehousing and transport performance through data analysis and problem‑solving

Overseeing WMS inventory management to maintain accurate stock control

Leading projects including digitalisation, standardisation, and cost‑efficiency initiatives

About you

You’ll bring at least 3 years’ experience in a customer service or operational role within a warehousing or transport environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with key customers. A qualification in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or forwarding would be an advantage.

You’ll excel in this role if you’re driven by continuous improvement and able to operate confidently in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment. You’ll be self motivated, organised, and comfortable using your initiative to solve problems and make decisions. A flexible mindset, strong customer service focus, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Someone who is positive, analytical, and capable of building strong working relationships will thrive here.
