Key Account Manager - South East London


We’re looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead customer engagement across a defined group of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in primary and secondary care. You’ll act as the main point of contact, delivering a personalised, data-led customer experience across multiple channels.


The Role

  • Own and manage a portfolio of HCP accounts using a mix of face-to-face, virtual and digital engagement.
  • Plan and deliver tailored interactions including meetings, symposia and agile campaign activity.
  • Build strong, value-focused relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer needs and local networks.
  • Create and implement account plans with clear KPIs and milestones.
  • Use data insights to prioritise activity, track performance and adapt approach.
  • Maintain an accurate 360° account view through effective CRM use.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Analytics) to optimise customer experience.
  • Ensure full compliance, including AE reporting and appropriate handling of medical queries.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of local healthcare systems and decision-making structures.
  • Experience using data to shape customer strategy and next actions.
  • Confident delivering scientific content.
  • ABPI qualified with strong knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical, organised and comfortable working to sales targets.
