We're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international and local retail accounts across EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you'll own customer relationships end-to-end, lead annual negotiations, and deliver sales and profit targets through best-in-class execution. Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver sales, profit, and forecasting targets across your account portfolio Develop and execute annual account business plans aligned to brand and commercial strategy Lead customer negotiations, managing pricing, promotions, investments, allowances, and variable margin Build strong, trusted relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across EMEA Analyse sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities Execute retail strategies including range alignment, promotions, and new product launches Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock management, service levels, orders, and invoicing Ensure SOX compliance, accurate documentation, and robust KPI reporting Support and shape the EU distributor strategy, identifying new routes to market and expansion opportunities Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within Retail, FMCG, or Entertainment (or similar) Demonstrated success in negotiation and annual customer agreements Experience working with mass/value retail is a strong advantage Highly analytical, numerate, and comfortable working with sales and performance data Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Fluent English required; German is a plus
