Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of Renewable Exchange’s generator clients. Sitting within the Commercial function, this role will focus on managing a portfolio of key accounts- primarily mid-sized generators, ensuring renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering a high-quality client experience.
As part of a collaborative and growing commercial team, this individual will contribute directly to retention and expansion targets, whilst potentially supporting junior colleagues or taking on line management responsibilities as the team evolves. The role is well-suited to someone who combines commercial acumen with relationship-building strengths and is motivated by helping clients unlock value from a digital platform .Experience within a business that manages annual renewal cycles a distinct advantage.

Client Relationship Management & Retention
Own and manage a portfolio of key generator accounts across our Investor Led clients, ensuring timely renewals and ongoing client satisfaction.
