The Successful Key Stage 1 Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A solid understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Experience teaching Year 1 and/or Year 2
• A positive, nurturing approach that supports inclusive learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative teaching team
