Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: M1 (Inner London Pay Scale, £40,317 per annum)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, for a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Key Stage 2 to join their team from September 2026 on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive environment, helping pupils build on their learning, develop independence, and prepare for the next stage of their education.

The role: You will take responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support pupils’ academic progress and personal development. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive structured support through your ECT induction.
