Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preparation Chef / kitchen assistant to join our team. The candidate needs to have experience in cooking / baking and be reliable with the hunger to learn new skills.
The role is 4am-2pm full time 40hours per week Tuesday to Saturday. You will need to be able to start promptly at 4am at our bakery TW10 7NR so the access of your own mean of transport would help.
Experience in working in a kitchen is necessary. You will be working with a dedicated team of people, passionate about good food and attention to details will be paramount.
Skills
Proven experience within a busy kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production, culinary techniques, and food preparation.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hospitality settings.
Good communication skills, capable of working collaboratively within a team.
