KITCHEN MANAGER - WELL ESTABLISHED RETAIL BUSINESS - PERMANENT POSITION - FARNHAM - 38-HOUR CONTRACT - DAY SHIFTS ONLY - up to £40,000 SALARY + BENEFITS Leisure Solutions specialise in the recruitment of Leisure and Hospitality professionals across the UK, working with a range of businesses to attract the right people, helping businesses thrive and improving lives. We are working with this award winning multi-purpose retail outlet with 5 large venues across the South of England, each venue has an on-site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday's to Saturday's and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday. The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot-food, served counter style, which includes fresh Pizza's, home cooked pies and an on-site carvery. As Kitchen Manager, we are looking for someone who can control the food operation, ensuring consistency across service and control of budgets and P&L accounts.
