We're recruiting a Kitchen Manager to join a newly opening, premium private members' club in London , operating a refined restaurant, bar and terrace within an intimate yet multi-faceted setting. This Kitchen Manager role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a fresh launch, shaping the operational backbone of a serious food-led venue alongside an awesome leadership team! This is a hands-on, structured operational role working closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant General Manager, ensuring seamless stock control, supplier management and kitchen organisation across restaurant, terrace, private dining and event spaces. The offer £35,000–£40,000 per year Tronc (conservative estimate £12,000 per annum) 1 staff meal per shift 23 days holiday Birthday off Additional retail discount benefits New opening environment with strong leadership structure The role Oversee all kitchen stock control, ordering and forecasting across multiple dining areas. Manage goods-in, quality checks and supplier deliveries to exacting standards. Maintain accurate real-time inventory systems and conduct weekly stocktakes. Act as the communication bridge between goods-in, prep and service kitchens. Work closely with the Head Chef on sourcing, costing and supply strategy. Monitor food cost performance and produce weekly reports. Ensure compliance, storage standards and allergen procedures are upheld.
