The Position Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and food safety. The role includes responsibility for inventory control, stock audits, ordering, and staff scheduling, alongside leading health and safety compliance, COSHH, and HACCP standards. Due to the nature of the responsibilities, this is a day-time only position.
