As our Kitchen Manager, you will be central to the smooth working of our kitchen by lending your culinary knowledge and administrative support.
This is a 48-hour contract, full-time position and we are looking for someone who speaks Cantonese or Mandarin, for our smoothly running of the daily operation.

Your day at Aqua:
Kitchen Order: Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and lend administrative support in keeping the kitchen well-stocked and organised.
Team Collaboration & Admin: Coordinate the team's holiday and rotas so that the kitchen is well-staffed and running smoothly.

You will be paid £31,785.16 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £14,492.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
