BrewDog Norwich are on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager to join our crew. Youll run the kitchen, the engine room of the bar, leading the team, driving high standards and delivering great food as part of a great bar experience.

What Youll Be Doing
Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team
Delivering our burger & wings menu to spec fast, fresh and consistent
Owning kitchen standards, organisation and compliance
Managing performance, GP, prep, waste and safety
Building a positive kitchen culture based on respect, teamwork and development
Working closely with the site management team to deliver great service every day
About You
As Kitchen Manager, you take pride in running a tight, well-organised kitchen and leading from the front.
Youll bring:
Experience running a kitchen team (Kitchen Manager/Head Chef level)
A passion for consistency, quality and developing your team
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance
A hands-on approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure
A mindset focused on improving, driving standards and delivering great service
