What we're looking for: - Experience as a Chef de Partie , Sous Chef, or Head Chef - Confident working in fast-paced kitchen environments - Comfortable preparing high-quality food in volume - Positive, professional, and reliable - Flexible and adaptable to different kitchen settings - Driving is preferred but not essential
Key Skills - Menu planning and fresh food preparation - Allergen awareness and dietary adaptations - Team leadership and communication - Stock control and kitchen organisation - Food hygiene and health & safety (Level 2+ preferred) - Experience across education, healthcare, B&I, or similar sectors
