Duties and responsibilities related to the Kitchen Porter - Flexi Hours role 

• Ensure all the Health and Safety and Food Safety policies are always adhered to and due diligence documentations (Cleaning Records, Delivery Receiving Records etc.) are filled daily.
• While receiving delivery of products, maintain proper rotation of stock in all areas to minimise wastage/spoilage
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and proactive service while supporting fellow colleagues
• Be available to perform any other duties as assigned by chef

About You

Previous experience in a premium hospitality setting is preferred. You have strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and proficiency in conversational English to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
