A high-achieving, Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Haringey is seeking an ambitious and experienced KS1 Phase Lead to join their leadership team from September 2026. This is a Permanent KS1 Phase Lead role within a well-established Primary Teaching Opportunity, suited to a practitioner ready to combine excellent classroom practice with strategic phase leadership.

The school is looking for:
- UK QTS (completion of a UK-recognised teacher training programme required)
- A strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or above from a reputable university (Russell Group desirable)
- Substantial classroom teaching experience within a UK primary school
- Evidence of delivering structured lessons and securing measurable pupil progress
- Confidence operating within established behaviour frameworks
- Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Salary: Inner London MPS £40,317£52,300 (UPS up to £62,496) + TLR (commensurate with responsibility).
