The Role - KS1 SEN Teacher
Seeking a dedicated and nurturing KS1 SEN Teacher to support pupils aged 5-7 with autism and associated communication needs. You will teach small classes, deliver a highly structured and differentiated curriculum and work towards EHCP outcomes to support progress in communication, social interaction and early learning skills. The role involves using visual supports, consistent routines and personalised strategies, while working closely with support staff and therapists to create a calm, engaging and supportive learning environment.
