• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
• Someone who brings energy, creativity and kindness to the classroom
• A teacher who can adapt, communicate brilliantly, and sprinkle a bit of magic into every lesson
