A high-achieving, Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school in Enfield is seeking an ambitious and academically strong KS1 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a Permanent KS1 Teacher role within a well-structured Primary Teaching Opportunity.

September 2026 role requires a practitioner committed to raising attainment, embedding strong phonics practice and maintaining consistently high expectations.
The school is looking for: UK QTS (or completion of a UK-recognised teacher training programme) A strong academic background, ideally a 2:1 degree or higher from a reputable university Substantial classroom experience within a UK primary school (placements acceptable) Evidence of structured curriculum delivery and measurable pupil progress Confidence working within established behaviour frameworks Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
Salary: Outer London MPS £37,870£50,474 (UPS up to £56,154). TLR opportunities may be available for experienced KS1 Teachers.
