  • Use assessment effectively to identify gaps and adapt teaching accordingly.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement as a reflective and proactive KS1 Teacher.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment opportunities and extracurricular activities.
