Your New Role As KS2 Phase Lead, you will: Lead and inspire a team of KS2 teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning. Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor colleagues. Foster a positive, inclusive, and ambitious learning environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial KS2 teaching experience. Proven leadership or middle leadership experience (e.g. Year Group Lead, Subject Lead).
