A well-established and community-focused primary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a KS2 Phase Lead from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher ready to take the next step into leadership within a supportive and forward-thinking school. The Headteacher is keen to appoint a KS2 Phase Lead who can drive standards, support colleagues and play a key role in shaping teaching and learning across Key Stage 2.

The Role
As KS2 Phase Lead, you will oversee teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, supporting colleagues with planning, assessment and classroom practice. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive standards and ensure consistency across the phase.
Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will also have your own class, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the KS2 team to maintain high standards
- Monitor pupil progress and support with data and assessment
- Work with SLT on curriculum development and school priorities
- Model strong classroom practice
- Contribute to the wider leadership of the school
