KS2 SEN Teacher - Specialist SEMH School Location: Huntingdon Sector: Education and Training Salary: £28,618 - £41,137 per annum (actual) Contract: Full-Time | Permanent (Temp-to-Perm considered) This KS2 SEN Teacher role would suit an experienced teacher or nurture practitioner who is passionate about helping pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs re-engage with education, build emotional resilience, and achieve both academically and personally. The Role - KS2 Focus - Huntingdon As a KS2 SEN Teacher, you will: Deliver high-quality, nurture-based teaching to small groups and on a 1:1 basis Support pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies Consistently apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware practices Plan and deliver personalised learning tailored to individual EHCP outcomes Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, therapists, and external professionals Create a calm, structured, and predictable classroom environment where pupils feel safe and valued
