Are you an experienced and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding role supporting children with special needs in a mainstream primary school?
ICTalent Recruitment is working with a wonderful mainstream primary school in South Birmingham to recruit a full-time HLTA to support KS3 children with special educational needs starting in September 2025. This role is offered on a temp to perm basis for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:

Be an experienced HLTA with a background in supporting children with special educational needs

Have a passion for working with young learners and helping them reach their full potential
*
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, working closely with teachers, parents, and outside agencies
*
Be proactive and adaptable to meet the needs of individual children
*
Have a positive and patient approach to supporting children with various learning challenges
