As a KS4 Teaching Assistant in Hemel Hempstead, you will: Support learners with additional needs, helping them engage and succeed in KS4 education Work closely with teachers to implement trauma-informed practices Support hard-to-reach or disengaged students , providing tailored guidance and encouragement Assist in classroom management and contribute to a positive learning environment Candidate Requirements: Prior experience supporting KS4 learners (preferred) Knowledge and experience of trauma-informed approaches Ability to work effectively with students exhibiting challenging behaviours Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to apply
