About the role
Working independently within the classroom supporting pupils and as part of a team, you will support autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to access highly personalised programmes in one of our primary schools.
The working hours are 8.30 - 3.30pm
About you
While we value experience, it is not essential to have previously worked in an education setting or with autistic individuals. The staff you will work alongside will be a great support and only ask that you support them as much as possible and the children.
All that we ask is that you are willing to learn, able to use your initiative, and have a drive and resilience for what can be a demanding role. You should be friendly and approachable with good communication skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with both staff and pupils
