JOB OPPORTUNITY: Site Labourer - Crawley

Randstad is currently seeking a reliable and committed Site Labourer for a major long-term project in Crawley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stability, offering 18 months of ongoing work.

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) - potential for night shift work and weekend work

Duration: 18 Months

Key Responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of the site team, ensuring the project runs smoothly. Your duties will include:

General Site Maintenance: Keeping all areas of the site clean, tidy, and safe.

Material Handling: Assisting with the delivery and movement of heavy materials and supplies across the site.

Assisting Trades: Supporting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, etc.) as required.

Waste Management: Clearing debris and loading skips to maintain site safety standards.

Site Security: Assisting with the movement of fencing and signage.

Requirements:

To be successful in this application, you must meet the following criteria:

CSCS Card: A valid and in-date card is essential.

Full PPE: Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, and steel-toed boots.

Driving License: Must be able to drive and have your own transport.

Right to Work: Valid documentation to work in the UK.

References: Must provide two professional finishing references from previous site roles.

Work History: An up-to-date CV covering the past 5 years of employment with no gaps.
