They are now seeking a acquisition manager to lead land acquisition activity and drive projects from initial feasibility through to delivery.
The Role As acquisition manager, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from identifying and securing land opportunities, to managing planning, due diligence, design, funding, and project delivery for new-build care homes and later-living schemes. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will play a key role in shaping development strategy, building the pipeline of new schemes, and forming relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, operators, and professional consultants.
