OverviewEstablished PLC Housebuilder urgently require Land Buyer / Land Manager to join their busy team. With an excellent reputation for buying sites the successful candidate will have front line exposure to completing acquisitions for a housebuilder that is keen to buy and build out. Site sizes will vary from 80 units – 400 units and the product will be a mixture of smaller starter homes, detached properties and some flats. The locations of these acquisitions will primarily be North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.Salary: c£55,000 plus package plus bonusLocation: North West LondonRegions: Hertfordshire, LondonResponsibilitiesProvide front line exposure to completing acquisitions for a housebuilder.Identify land, conduct due diligence, appraisal and formulating bids.Work with the Land Director in a proactive, structured team with potential for progression and building a track record of land deals.QualificationsExperience of working for a larger Developer or eagerness to work for one.Understanding of the process of buying land from initial identification through due diligence, appraisal and bidding.AdditionalAll of this and more is possible with this Developer.
