We are recruiting for a Landscaping Labourer to join a well-established, family-run business working across Oxfordshire.

You will be working on a range of projects, from general garden improvements through to full landscaping builds, supporting experienced landscapers and learning on the job.
The Role
You will be supporting the team on-site with a variety of landscaping tasks. No two days are the same, and the work is hands-on and practical.
Duties will include:
Assisting with general site preparation
Moving materials and supporting the team
Helping with paving, patios, fencing, and landscaping tasks
Keeping sites clean, organised, and safe
Supporting experienced landscapers on projects
You will be working across sites in the Oxfordshire area, including locations such as Banbury, Bicester, Abingdon, and Chipping Norton .
What We Are Looking For
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Someone reliable, punctual, and happy to get stuck in
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Some previous labouring or outdoor work experience would be helpful, but not essential
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Important
You must have a full UK driving licence and your own transport to get to sites
This is a physically active, outdoor role
