Established for over 45 years and now one of the North Wests leading& multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Laser Operator to join our busy and expanding Laser team based in Darwen, Lancs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Laser Operator , who wishes to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience operating CNC Lasers would be an advantage
Good understanding of engineering drawings
Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
Counterbalance FLT licence is an advantage
Able to set and maintain a high standard of workmanship
Able to work pro-actively
Work overtime when necessary.
Working Location/Environment
Darwen, Lancashire
Hours of Work
Week 1: Mon to Thurs 6am 2pm and Friday 6am 12pm
Week 2: Mon to Thurs 2pm 10pm and Friday 12pm 6pm
Salary
OTE £13.81 - (Basic Rate £12.50 p/h + £20 Per week Attendance Bonus + £30 Per week Shift Allowance)
