What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll handle drafting and negotiation for a wide range of costs matters, including:

• Industrial Disease

Expect to:

• Draft bills, budgets, and statements
• Advise clients and attend CCMCs/CMCs
• Review files thoroughly using Proclaim and CostsMaster
• Negotiate with opposing parties and drive results

What You Bring

Solid experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson

Strong drafting skills across various claim types

Confident with Proclaim, CostsMaster, and CM systems

Attention to detail and ability to meet billing targets

A proactive, self-starting attitude
