The Law Student Placement position: The purpose of this short assignment is to provide effective support in reviewing a database of data supplier agreements along with a dedicated contract specialist. You will be working closely with an experienced professional who will direct and oversee the work undertaken during this assignment. It is anticipated that the assignment will be for three months or more. This Law Student Placement involves reviewing a database of data supplier agreements and being able to pick out specific key terms and conditions from each agreement and collate this information into a spreadsheet. The successful Law Student needs to have experience of reviewing commercial contracts and be able to recognise key terms and obligations. You should also be able to recognise what appear to be unfair terms. Knowledge of data supplier agreement would be a bonus, but not essential.
